We rent two rooms for short or long term. From 3 days until 3 weeks or perhaps more. BASIC PRICE $ 7 per night for very small single room with cold shower, WC and aircon. For electricity we take $1 for the single room and $2 for them small double room per night. Minimum stay 3 nights. There is a large shared veranda with an integrated kitchen on the upper floor and a courtyard with a pool and BBQ. Discounts are possible from one week onwards. A big discount is possible for long-term rentals; and if you forego room service. We have small rooms with fan; but also a little bigger with aircon. Both with WC. The Chreav Morning Market you find in a distance of one kilometer. If you are interested please make an appointment!!!. One day before. This is not a Hotel with reception. This is our private house, and we rent a few rooms. We offer the following services: Breakfast, lunch and dinner to order. We have a courtyard with pool and BBQ, laundry service, office service with printer and free WIFI. We have also a sewing machine. We create tours to the Angkor Temples and to other attractions in and around Siem Reap and also to Battambang and other cities in Cambodia. In Khmer, English and German language.
