A. Key Responsibilities 1. Direct Sales (Enterprise and Large Accounts) - Lead and mentor a team of Account Directors to engage with key Government, Banking, and Enterprise clients. - Develop and execute strategies to expand market share, focusing on Co-Location and Cloud solutions for critical verticals. - Achieve annual Direct Sales target of $1,500,000 through innovative sales strategies and exceptional client relationships. 2. Channel Sales (Indirect Sales) - Build and manage relationships with reseller networks to ensure broad market coverage. - Develop and implement strategies to generate $800,000 in annual Indirect Sales through Channel partners. - Collaborate with partners to co-market data center solutions and align efforts with ByteDC’s objectives. . ISV Sales (Independent Software Vendors) - Establish and maintain partnerships with ISVs to integrate ByteDC’s data center offerings into their software solutions. - Drive $500,000 in ISV-driven revenue by launching joint initiatives that enhance product ecosystems with Co-Location and Cloud solutions. 4. Leadership and Strategy - Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer of ByteDC. - Oversee three core departments: Direct Sales, Channel Sales, and ISV Ecosystem. - Lead sales operations, forecasting, and reporting across departments to ensure alignment with revenue goals. - Collaborate cross-functionally with PreSales, Customer Experience, operations, finance, and marketing teams to deliver seamless solutions. - Drive innovation to address industry trends, such as sustainability in data center operations and AI-driven infrastructure optimization. 5. Performance Metrics - Achieve an annual revenue target of $2,800,000 for 2025, with specific targets for Direct Sales, Channel Sales, and ISV Sales. - Ensure consistent growth by meeting quarterly milestones across each sales division. - Maintain customer satisfaction with a goal of 90% CSAT score for 2025. Required Qualifications: - Minimum of 15 years experience in technology or cloud infrastructure sales leadership. - Proven track record in managing Direct Sales, Channel Sales, and ISV partnerships, especially within the enterprise sector. - Demonstrated success in achieving multi-million-dollar revenue targets, particularly in Co-Location, Cloud, or Hybrid IT environments. - Strong understanding of Government, Banking, and Enterprise sector requirements, including security and compliance standards. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
