VN Marketing Specialist

We are hiring Retention Officer (Vietnamese). The Ideal Candidate responsible to manage Vietnam market, by creating new or develop retention campaign that are designing to grow the market as well as retain the clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Leaders and various business units to develop objectives. - Market Analysis: Ensure market consistency by analyzing trends and client's behavior. - Campaign Development: Create new or enhance existing retention campaigns/programs tailored to specific markets, identifying areas for improvement. - Performance Evaluation: Assess campaign effectiveness by providing detailed weekly and monthly reports. - Daily task: Collaborate closely with the team to manage the end-to-end process of promotions (translation, bonus setup, requesting marketing elements from related teams, promotion payouts, and more). - Competitor Analysis: Conduct and submit a monthly competitor analysis. - Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with other departments, particularly on products that are popular in specific markets. - Technology Utilization: Effectively use software, databases, scripts, and tools as required. - Compliance: Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills: both verbal and written in English and Vietnamese. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks efficiently. - Time Management: Strong ability to meet deadlines and complete tasks within the given time frame. - Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks. - Flexibility: Willing to work on holidays, weekends, or outside regular working hours when required. - Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, with a strong affinity for information technology. - Work Ethic: Responsible, reliable, and highly detail-oriented.
