As a key member of our service team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive top-notch service. Key Responsibilities: * Greet and escort customers to their tables. * Present menus and provide detailed information about our offerings. * Take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen staff. * Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards. * Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Qualifications: * Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations. * Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. * Knowledge of Italian cuisine is a plus. Working Conditions: * This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. * Salary and tips will be discussed during the interview process.
