Warehouse Officer

Job Summary: The Warehouse Officer is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring that all processes are carried out smoothly. This role involves managing inventory, coordinating shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management:
Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability of stock. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies. Shipping and Receiving:
Oversee the receipt of incoming shipments and ensure that they are checked for accuracy and quality. Coordinate the packing and shipping of outgoing orders to ensure timely delivery. Warehouse Operations:
Ensure that the warehouse is organized and maintained in compliance with safety regulations. Implement efficient storage solutions to optimize space and workflow. Team Leadership:
Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and support as needed. Schedule and assign tasks to ensure productivity and efficiency. Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and personnel activities. Prepare reports on warehouse operations for management review.
