Leasing Agent, Commercial & Residential (2 positions)
1. Role Description
The Leasing Agent is responsible for finding and securing tenants for commercial and residential properties. They act as the main point of contact between property owners and potential tenants, ensuring smooth lease negotiations and occupancy management.
2. Responsibilities
• Generate leads and attract potential tenants through marketing and networking.
• Conduct property showings and highlight key leasing benefits.
• Assess tenant needs and match them with suitable properties.
• Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and conditions on behalf of property owners.
• Work with the marketing team to create attractive property listings and advertising campaigns.
• Use online platforms, social media, and networking to promote available properties.
3. Qualifications
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Real Estate, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in leasing, sales, or property management.
Skills & Competencies
• English skill to communicate in verbal and non-verbal effectively
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet leasing targets.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.
Preferred Qualifications
• Real estate license (if required in your location).
• Experiences in commercial leasing is a plus.
