JOB TITLE: LEASING MANAGER (CHINESE SPEAKING)
REPORTS TO: OPERATION MANAGER
LOCATION: PHNOM PENH
SALARY RANGE: NEGOTIABLE
1. Manages day-to-day operations of leasing and ensure maximum optimization of resources
2. Set up objectives and targets and monitor regularly to ensure all objectives are achieved
3. Lease vacant space according to leasing plan
4. Schedule in accordance with the relevant time frames setout therein
5. Manages all leasing activities including attracting new tenants, vetting prospective clients, rental negotiations and the development of attractive leasing packages
6. Continually monitor tenant to ensure commercially profitable
7. Finalize renewals of existing tenant in accordance to company’s rules and procedures
8. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the status and performance of leasing activities
9. Coordinate with tenant on a daily basis to resolve issues
10. Attend to tenants and client’s needs and provide optimal level of service
11. Implement all the necessary documentation required in the fulfillment of activities such as leasing, renewals, moving in, moving out and renovation
12. Coordinate with other department heads to ensure effective and efficient operation of the mall
13. Prepares a target list of the prospective customers, both local and international suitable for the type of areas available for leasing.
14. Work towards sales closure to meet revenue targets and ensures proper maintenance of tenants waiting list
15. Performs other tasks as assigned.
*Requirement
1. Graduate degree in either business, retail management and/or retail real-estate
2. Extensive knowledge of leasing management
3. Experience with luxury segment of the market
4. Minimum 5 years of leasing management
5. Sound working knowledge of computer software applications
6. The Leasing Executive should be well organized, and have a strong ability to pay attention to detail.
7. Leasing Executive must be able to communicate with others, identify problems, and resolve potential conflicts.
8. Understand and can speak Chinese or English fluently
9. Good at communication, interpersonal skill, and be flexible
10.Professional attitude and appearance.
11.Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
12.Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
