Duties & Responsibilities:
- Performing routine maintenance around the building and common area such as fixing structural damage, window, door or wall repair
- Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixture
- Working on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs
- Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or in a related Engineering.
- At least, 1 year experience in a similar position
- Able to travel around to a number of different sites
- Able to work in outdoor weather conditions when required
- Ability to understand using and caring of standard engineering instruments
- Able to communicate in English (Chinese will be advantage)
- Able to work as team work and/or independent
- Able to work on Shift Schedule Arrangement where included (Morning, Afternoon, Evening and Night Shift)
- Able to work on Weekend, Public Holiday and overtime
- Hard working, Honest and Loyal to team work and company
