Strategic purpose of the position: For the job of marketing planner and strategist is to support the work of the marketing manager by overseeing operations (1. Public relations & events, 2. Marketing operations) then develop to build capacity by prioritizing markets, along with filling gaps to provide learning and development models (including development ideas, plans and marketing strategies) for marketing teams. Core Responsibilities: - Study customers regularly and understand the customer experience in depth to help determine market trends. - Consolidate marketing plans into target and help identify areas for collaboration for optimal marketing. - Participate in implementation project planning, identifying problems / challenges and solving to achieve goals. - Continue to update with local target development plans and competitive activities. - Work with other department of the company and other key business entities to ensure alignment the marketing strategies and plans. - Perform regular with weekly and monthly reporting of marketing activities. - Prepared plan, create an agenda, manage and monitor activities from marketing and sales of products / services. - Provide guidance on business strategic plans with long-lasting model standards. Professional Qualification: - BA in marketing, business administration, or a related field is often required. - Knowledge of Marketing Media & Advertising. - 5 years of experience in marketing or a related field is typically required, with at least a few years in a leadership role. - Previous experience in product management, management consulting, marketing functions or strategies is preferred. - Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading digital marketing campaigns. - Strong understanding of marketing strategy, planning issues, budgeting, priority setting with metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets, chart and graph. - Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions and measure the success of marketing strategy. - Communication skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to effectively present ideas and strategies to director and other departments. - Flexibility and agility to adopt "Global Thinking, Local Approach".
