Responsibility
• Implement sales strategy to develop the sales growth
• Plan, implement, control, and evaluate promotion activity
• Manage and lead the marketing teams, provide guidelines and problem solution to ensure the team members are fully motivate and achieve the expected performance
• Be able to manage the sub-distributor, agency/outsource
• Control all contents & ideas for marketing online & offline
• Manage budget & calendar for yearly offline & online marketing plan
• Maintain existing customers & increase qualified lead monthly & yearly
• Updating and evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity
• Preparing research and survey to develop and implement new marketing projects and promotions.
• Other tasks assign by management.
Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sale, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 3 years of work experience in sales and marketing
• Effective communicator, Strong determined and self-motivated
• Experience in customer relationship management
• Experience in photography field
• Experience with digital marketing field esp. Facebook
• Experience with sale target and marketing budget control
• Willing to work under pressure
• Honest and Passionate in learning something new
• Can be male or female
• Presentation skill in public
Working Hour : 8am-5pm
Working Date : Mon – Sat (Half Day)
Location : Beong Tumpun, Khan Meanchey, Phnom Penh
Commission : Yes
Salary Range : 500-750$
Public Holiday : Follow Labor law
Incentive : Team Building, Bonus, Staff of the year award, Annual Trip
