Role Overview: We’re seeking a proactive freelancer to sign up and onboard local suppliers and retailers onto Tenbox. You’ll guide merchants through account setup, product listing, and order-confirmation processes—ensuring they’re ready to trade using our one-cart, one-checkout platform.
Key Responsibilities: - Reach out to potential merchants (farmers, vendors, shops) via phone, WhatsApp, or in-person - Walk them through quick account setup and product listing (up to 20 items free) - Demonstrate how to confirm orders using our Telegram/WhatsApp bot - Capture basic merchant data (contact info, product catalog) in Trello/Notion - Provide live support and answer questions during initial 1–2 orders - Report daily onboarding metrics (calls made, accounts activated)
Skills & Qualifications: - Experience working with small businesses or market vendors - Comfortable using Telegram, WhatsApp, and mobile app - Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently - Basic data-entry skills and familiarity with Excel
Working Time: * Part-time, remote or field-based in Cambodia * ~20 hours/week, flexible hours * Performance bonus for each merchant fully onboarded and active
