Administrative Assistant-Chinese and English (Spoken and written)
Role Description
1.This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant at ROADBOSS TIRES, located in Voat Phnum.
2. Responsible for the translation of internal and external documents, emails, meetings, etc.
3. Participate in the internal connection between the government and enterprises, and provide professional and accurate language support for the company
4. Provide interpretation services according to the needs of the company, such as business negotiations, booking, ect.
5. Assist other departments to complete on-site Khmer translation and communication
Qualifications
Administrative skills, including scheduling and correspondence management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Relevant administrative experience is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant will be a plus.
