Operation Supervisor

Qualifications/ Requirements: - Academic qualifications of a Bachelor’s degree or in a relevant field. - Strong written and verbal communication in English or other languages. - Proven leadership and team management skills. - Ability to communicate and motivate teams and manage day-to-day operations efficiently. - Candidate should be able to work on a shifting schedule (day or night).  - Willing to work or relocate in Poi Pet, Cambodia
Responsibilities/ duties: - Managing workflow and schedules of employees, ensures tasks are assigned efficiently. - Responsible attitude in supervision of operation staff. - Reviews and checks work of the team such as reports, records, and to improve errors. - Prepares, maintains, and submits reports tracking employees’ performance, offering insights to improve productivity. - Communicates with other departments and management to resolve problems and to improve processes. - Training and onboarding efforts for new hires to make sure they understand their roles and responsibilities. - Other tasks assign by Head of Department
