Operations Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and initiate strategic plans for renting stalls (markets), marketing plans, dissemination of annual revenue budget and expenditure budget to submit to the management for approval. • Plan PR, social media and communications to promote brand, business location and image to increase business activity, market location leasing and more. Conduct marketing campaigns and other social events to attract new customers and clients. • Examine and verify all lease documents such as lease agreements, internal regulations, amendments, renewals, transfers, terminations and other important documents to ensure that they are well-organized, up-to-date and secure. • Verify operating reports and resolve delays in response to future growth, ensuring that all rental prices are collected in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with market rental principles. • Maintain strong relationships with all homebuyers and resolve any grievances / issues that arise on a daily basis in accordance with market and company policies and procedures. • Coordinates, advises and manages department and market staff to solve problems that face challenges in the performance of daily work to achieve high work efficiency and achieve the goals set by superiors. • Collaborate and coordinate work with relevant departments to run smoothly and efficiently (if any). • Prepare budget plan for operations, expenditure to ensure the operational efficiency and profit of company, and efficient implement annually budget plan which approved from top managements. • Other tasks assigned by managements.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS • Bachelor Degree or Master Degree of Business Administration, Enterprise Management or others related fields. • Minimum 05 years of working experience as operations in commercial, retails, or other related-fields. • Good English proficiency for communication, Chinese is an advantage. • Strong leadership skill, strategic of teams’ management. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Good analytical skill to analyze market trend or competitor to prepare strategy plan. • Ability to negotiate, problem-solving, and flexibility.
