HR Supervisor
Job Descriptions:
-To lead in revising/developing and implementing Human Resources Management strategies, policies, and procedures in line with the business needs
-Develop and oversee the recruitment process to ensure recruitment quality staff accordance
the required plans.
-Develop training materials and performance management program to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities and company policies
-Overseeing the payroll function process
-Administrating Disciplinary Actions
-Managing employee relations
-Keep and file in order documents relevant to HR Department
-Manage and oversee daily, weekly, monthly, yearly HR operations
-Daily, weekly, monthly and Yearly Report submitting
-Other task assign by MD
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
-Minimum 3 years' experience in HR roles
-Strong understanding of HR policy
-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
-Demonstrated proficiency in written and spoken English and Khmer
-Good communications and interpersonal skills
-Good Team player and organizational ability
-Ability to work under pressure
-Be honest, flexible, responsible, smart and hardworking
-Knowledge skills in Microsoft office and other system
