Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and expand the branch's customer base. - Meet or exceed branch sales targets by promoting and cross selling a range of banking products and services. - Identify opportunities for business growth and revenue generation. - Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective functioning. - Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. - Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in finance, banking, or a related field. - Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in branch management within a financial institution, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of banking processes and procedures. - Demonstrate fluency in the English language, both spoken and written, ensuring effective communication.
