Deputy Director (Urgent)
Job Description • Lead the team to work productivity. • Managing a specific department or division within the organization. • Monitor all staff activities according to existing policies and evaluate all financial statements on a monthly basic. • Assisting the Director in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and strategies for the organization. • Participating in decision-making processes and providing guidance and support to the director • Assisting the Director in managing budgets and financial resources. • Ensure that staffs complete all mandatory records and reporting processes. • Overseeing the development and implementation of projects and initiatives. • Representing the Director in meetings, conferences, and other events. • Protecting the legal aspects of the company/Director. • Other duties assigned by Director. Job Requirements and skills: • Bachelor's degree in Business Management. • 3 years’ experience in management field. • Influence in English both writing and speaking skill. • Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software. • Working knowledge of human-resources processes • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to direct and supervise • Ability to work and manage under pressure Note: Salary is negotiable.
