Housekeeping Supervisor
• Supervision and Leadership:
• Supervise and coordinate activities of housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks and providing training.

• Quality Control:
• Implement and enforce housekeeping policies and procedures to ensure consistency and high-quality service.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Review and update cleaning procedures as needed to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Training and Development:
• Train new housekeeping staff on company standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Develop and implement ongoing training programs to enhance staff skills and performance.
• Administrative Duties:
• Prepare and maintain schedules for housekeeping staff to ensure adequate coverage.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inventory, and staff performance.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control measures related to housekeeping operations.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure that all housekeeping activities are conducted in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular safety briefings and ensure that staff are aware of safety protocols.
