Job Title: Personal Assistant to Executive Director Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our Executive Director. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to assist with administrative tasks while fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities: • Translate documents and provide interpretation during meetings (English to Khmer or Chinese). • Prepare professional slides for presentations. • Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports. • Prepare a summary of the current situation of the company • Assist with various tasks as assigned by management. Requirements: • Age: 18-25 years old. • Gender: Female. • Bachelor’s degree or proficiency in English or a related field. • Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills. • A willingness to work hard and learn new things.
