-To select products by identifying potential ones in the market, conduct market research, generate product requirements, and determine specifications, production timelines and launch -Introduce and market new products by developing time brand plans with sales, advertising and production -Responsible for reviewing product data and ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitors’ products -Assist with the development of the annual marketing plan and for controlling advertising, promotion and sales aids in accordance with the annual marketing plan. -Liaise with the advertising agency regarding the product campaign including journal advertising, direct mail and conferences. -Conduct CME’s and participate in round table discussions by simultaneously working on the KOL development -Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on Company’s products and services -Scope and prioritize activities based on business and Customer impact
