Our company is looking for a Production Supervisor.
A production supervisor in the food and beverage (F&B) sector manages the activities of the production team, and ensures that food and beverage products are created and processed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Some of their responsibilities include:
- Supervising and scheduling: Oversee and coordinate the activities of production staff, including processing, packaging, testing, and grading
- Meeting production targets: Work with production staff and other departments to meet production targets
- Maintaining quality and safety: Ensure that finished products meet specifications and regulatory standards
- Training staff: Train staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policy
- Resolving problems: Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Preparing reports: Prepare production and other reports
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business management, industrial engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in a supervisory role
Certifications in production management and safety regulations
- Strong understanding of production and operational processes
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
