At NOI, we believe in “Turning design into reality—down to the last detail.” As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and monitor project timelines, schedules, and deliverables
• Assist Project Manager in communicating with clients, contractors, and suppliers
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and status updates
• Ensure all materials and manpower are available according to project needs
• Track project budgets, expenses, and progress
• Handle on-site coordination and provide regular updates to the team
• Support the design and technical teams to ensure quality and timely project execution
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
• At least 2 years’ experience in construction, architecture, or interior design projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Project); knowledge in AutoCAD or SketchUp is a plus
• Fluent in English and Khmer
• Must be proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
