Key Responsibilities: ● Unit Handover: ○ Coordinate with the construction team to ensure units are ready for handover. ○ Conduct pre-handover inspections to verify the quality and cleanliness of units. ○ Schedule unit handover appointments with buyers. ○ Conduct detailed unit walkthroughs, explaining features, functionalities, and maintenance tips. ○ Address any buyer concerns or issues promptly and professionally. ○ Collect necessary documentation, including handover checklists and payment receipts. ○ Update Account Receivables report , Bi weekly and forecast report ● Post-Handover Follow-up: ○ Maintain communication with buyers to address any post-handover issues or queries. ○ Provide support for property management and maintenance services. ○ Gather feedback from buyers to improve future handover processes. ● Payment Collection: ○ Follow up with buyers to ensure timely payment of outstanding balances. ○ Coordinate with the finance department to process payments and issue receipts. ○ Address any payment-related queries or issues. ● Documentation and Record-Keeping: ○ Maintain accurate records of unit handover schedules, inspections, and payment receipts. ○ Prepare and submit necessary reports to the management team. Qualifications and Skills: ● Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role or related field. ● Strong organizational and time management skills. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. ● Basic knowledge of construction and property management. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
