Responsibility
● Research in market & oversea to design products to fit with market demand
● Develop ideas & lead until become real products
● Coordinate with marketing & sale team for new products promoting
● Coordinate with manufacturers (factories) for products production from sample to final products
● Produce products brochures for marketing & sale team
● Products raw material & costing calculation
● Other works manage by managing director
Requirement
● Bachelor degree in architecture, engineer or having similar skills below
● 1-2 years experience preferred (Qualified fresh graduated also can apply)
● Good common of spoken and written English, another Chinese is preferred
● Good at communication and interpersonal skill
Flexible, hard-working, patient and attentive
● Good computer skills, Auto cad, 3d Sketchup, MS office, Photoshop, etc.,
● Good at digital works, graphic design, 2d & 3d design skills
● Willing to travel around for researching, also oversea
● Proven ability to work on a multiple task simultaneously
Working Hour : 8am-5pm
Working Date : Mon – Sat (Half Day)
Location : Phnom Penh
Salary Range : $ 350-$ 450
Public Holiday : Follow Labour law
Incentive : Team Building, Bonus, Staff of the year award, Annual Trip
R&D engineers may also receive bonuses from employers for successful product launches and meeting certain product sales benchmarks.
