La Rose Suites, a luxurious 5-star boutique hotel in the heart of Cambodia's bustling capital, is now open for application for the position of Receptionist / Front Desk Agent with required responsibilities and requirements as below: Responsibilities - Welcome and check-in guests, making a warm and professional first impression - Kindly and promptly address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns - Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions - Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs and requests - Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignment - Answer and forward phone calls - Process payments, handle cash, and maintain accurate records - Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area - Use hotel management software for check-ins, check-outs, and guest information Requirements - 1+ year experience as a hotel receptionist or in a customer service role - University Student, Bachelor Degree, or equivalent - Fluency in English - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm and professional demeanor Interested candidates in Phnom Penh should submit their CVs and Cover Letter to [email protected]Click To Sent Email.
