This role is for a strategic and hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic environments, knows how to scale retail operations, and wants to bring a fresh, immersive brand experience to life across multiple markets.

๐งฉ Role: Regional Operations Manager
โจ Who You Are: A multi-store retail operations leader with strong business acumen and a love for youth culture and collectible design
๐ What You'll Do:
Lead Pop Joy's regional expansion and operations in the Cambodia.
Build and manage local teams, oversee site selection, store openings & P&L
Drive sales strategies, cost control, and mall negotiations
Use performance insights to refine store experience and business growth
Collaborate with brand & marketing teams to localize campaigns
Recruit and lead high-performing teams who deliver WOW customer moments

What You Bring:
5+ years experience in retail chain operations
Expertise in scaling store networks and leading multi-site teams
Fluent in English and Khmer (Chinese a strong plus)
A true passion for designer toys, pop culture, and creative community
