IT & Customer Portal Officer
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Customer Portal Service: • Responsible for day to day administration and user support for technical issues related to customer portals. • Autonomous organization and administration of customer portals User management (creation, modification and termination of user accounts, modeling of access rights and roles). • Regularly perform permission audits and corrective actions. • Conceptual design and ongoing optimization of all aspects of portal management. • Single point of contact for BOS (HQ) staff to resolve customer portal access issues (1st level support). • Creation of manuals / how-tos and documentation related to customer portals • Raise 2nd level support tickets at BOS (HQ) or the customer IT if necessary. IT Service: • Provide the first level support to Cambodia plant of IT infrastructure including network, hardware, software. • Coordinate with China IT Team to roll out various global projects. • Handle break/fix issues as required on IT system. • Create and maintain the process documentation covering backups, patching, hardware, and software. • Any other IT activities assigned by supervisors. • IT supports in local plant.
