Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations.
• Educate customers about our products, including materials, craftsmanship, and care.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and inventory levels.
• Assist in maintaining an attractive and organized sales floor.
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking of merchandise as needed
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction and encourage feedback.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for jewelry and knowledge of different types of gemstones, metals, and styles.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Need only women
