Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Role Overview:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales by engaging with distributors, managing showroom and service center activities, and promoting products to new channels and partners. The role requires a self-driven, confident, and persuasive individual who thrives in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and engage with distributors in Phnom Penh and other provinces.
Manage daily operations in the showroom and service center.
Communicate effectively with customers via reception, phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally.
Present products to potential distributors and partners nationwide.
Identify new channels to expand the brand’s presence.
Participate in external events and showcases.
Maintain follow-ups with distributors to update them on new products.
Collaborate with internal departments for seamless operations.
Prepare commercial documents (e.g., quotations, invoices).
Coordinate marketing and promotional activities with the marketing team.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Strong confidence and persuasive communication skills.
Passion for challenges and achieving targets.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Team player with the ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel within Phnom Penh and other provinces.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication platforms.
Fluency in Khmer and English; additional languages are a plus.
Salary and Benefits:
Probation period (3 months):
$350
350−500 (depending on experience).
Post-probation:
$350
350−500 + commissions (based on performance).
