Job Responsible • Engage with potential clients to understand their property needs and preferences • Provide information on available properties, their features, and market trends • Develop and implement effective sale strategies to achieve targets • Negotiate property prices and terms of sale with clients • Prepare and present offer to clients, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete • Prepare sales reports and market analysis summaries for sale manager review • Build and maintain strong relationship with clients and stakeholder to encourage repeat business and referrals. Requirements: ➢ Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate or related field ➢ 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales ➢ Good communicate and understand sales techniques ➢ Outstanding verbal communication skill ➢ Flexible to work and deal with customer ➢ Able to work on public holiday (rotate shift) ➢ Can speak Chinese is advantage Benefits: ❖ Salary 400$ (for English speaker only), 450$ (for English and Chinese Speaker) ❖ Highly commission ❖ Annual Bonus ❖ NSSF Working Time: ❖ From Monday to Saturday(half day) ❖ Time: 8 am to 5pm ❖ Break 1h (12pm to 1pm) ❖ Location: Sen Sok Area, Near Aeon 2
