Requirements:
• Degree in Real Estate or Sales & Marketing.
• Minimum 2-5 Years of relevant working experience, preferably in the real estate, or hospitality industry.
• Good communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Sales driven and self-motivated.
• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal & presentations skills.
• High degree of commitment and a good team player.
Responsibilities:
• Identify potential customers & perform sales calls for new business opportunities.
• Execute sales strategies to meet business objectives and responsible for assisting with selling guestrooms and additional services as required.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets, expand the company's customer base and drive revenue growth.
• Deliver sales presentations & conduct viewings and site tours with potential clients.
• Accountable for occupancy rate for all sales projects.
• Responsible for renewal of lease, negotiate and follow up on terms of lease with tenants.
• Manage overall media strategy development at local level.
• Develop sales & marketing strategies for local and regional guidelines and possesses.
• Provide support to the planning team for day-to-day execution and implementation of marketing and digital plans.
• Understand business direction of the Company and develop digital marketing strategies and plans to support business objectives for all digital media to optimize profitability.
• Analyse and manage SEO strategies in line with business objectives.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including display social media and SEM.
• Define, measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess performance against KPI and ROI goals.
• Clearly and concisely present actionable insights from data to support the sales & marketing team in targeted campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor and analyse the website’s traffic using available tools (Google Analytics etc) and develop action plans to drive traffic of the website and improve online customer experience.
• Ensure best practice implementation of tagging, tracking and targeting to drive quality traffic.
• Drive new market opportunities and traffic to the website through effective use of social media, paid search, home and landing pages, marketplace/affiliates websites.
• Formulating end-to-end digital business strategy and channel marketing initiatives that will create new growth opportunities, increase traffic and brand awareness, driving visitation whilst at the same time improving the customer experience and developing multi-channel CRM campaigns to drive engagement.
• Stay abreast of the marketing trends and requirements for digital marketing and E-Commerce business, observe competitors’ best practices and continuously find ways to increase and grow our business.
• Collaborate with other internal and external teams to ensure a strong and cohesive search marketing practice and maximizing the performance of campaigns.
• Other duties as assigned.
