• To achieve monthly target by doing Sale plan and monitor closely the sales performance to ensure that sales volumes and targets are achieved • To monitor closely achieve target by brands with key customers • To support tracking Brand distribution after get action plans from managements • To update the stock information to key customers and track OOS by SFA and pass OOS item codes to customers by group telegram and follow up the POs • To follow up and track POs and pass PO to BF Team as well as track CSL of key customers • To track visibility, promotion items, BOH, expiry date, competitor reports, and consolidate with customers • To monitor and follow up WH on delivery schedule to customers • To handle the admin works ( like process the claim of 6 Key Accounts of Super Market Team, updating price list, NPD and the task assigned by managements) • To weekly checking on Credit Aging and make sure that it does not over 60 days • To Consolidated the monthly promotion from sale team to the management • To weekly check the Shelf life Promotion Clear
