Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Planning & Execution: o Develop and implement effective sales plans. o Conduct presentations and negotiate contracts/MoUs with stakeholders. 4. Risk Analysis: o Conduct risk assessments for clients to identify potential coverage gaps. o Recommend tailored policies to mitigate business risks. 5. Client Management: o Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. o Provide after-sales support and assist with claims when required. 6. Market Monitoring & Reporting: o Stay informed on real estate and retail industry developments. o Provide detailed sales activity reports and client feedback to management. Key Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. • Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales, with a focus on commercial properties or insurance. • Skills: Strong knowledge of property management and risk assessment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. • Language: Fluency in Khmer and English; additional language like Chinese a plus.
