Job Description:
- Generate sales venue and build new client relationships, develop and present proposals to clients
- Booking of event by phone, mail, walk-in
- Edition of contracts
- Follow up on every event from the first contact to the billing
- Close cooperation with the sales department
- Qualify and distribute all leads
- Negotiate and manage the sale of group events of various sizes and complexities via lead follow up, trade show attendance if/when appropriate, proposals, site inspections and contracts
- Maintain existing client base through personal meetings, telephone, and email
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals
- Develops and manages rotating call log to ensure consistent service to all assigned prospects.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, marketing, or business administration
- 2 years’ work experience as Event Sales/Planning Executive in a luxury international brand hotel
- Strong follow-up skills, the ability to work on multiple projects, and attention to detail
- Computer literacy and familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
