Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their travel requirements
- Sell travel products and services including flights, hotels, tours, and insurance
- Provide expert travel advice and suggest suitable travel packages
- Handle booking processes and ensure accurate reservations
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of bookings and customer interactions
- Resolve any customer issues or complaints professionally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
- Previous experience in sales or travel industry preferred
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Passion for travel and customer service
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
