Sales Executives (Tire and Lubricant)

I. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Sell and promote company services to new and existing customers to achieve set target - Implement sales plan to achieve the monthly target - Evaluate opportunity to maximize business outcome - Understand the products of the company and customer’s requirement - Observe competitor’s products and activities - Visit existing and new customers to increase new order and get feedback from them - Collect market and competitor information for new sales strategies development - Monitor and follow up customers to settle payment - Prepare daily and weekly sales report to the management - Assist in sales plan preparation, sales and marketing strategy setting and implement - Prepare monthly report presentation to line Manager - Performs other related duties as assigned. II. Requirement: - Bachelor degree or related field - Minimum 3 experiences in similar positions in the same industry - Good command of English (speaking and writing), Chinese is a plus - Good knowledge of communication skill and customer focus - Strong time management and result oriented - Outgoing personality, confidence, hard working with positive attitude and ability to work under pressure. - Desire to go extra and beyond responsibilities - Be a Courteous, honest, and sociable person - Willing to learn and take up challenges - Can work under pressure, work as a team, and work outside.
