Task/Duties:
• Developing new sales opportunities
• Supervising representatives to ensure increased sales
• Establishing good rapport with customers
• Building and leading a team of sales team to help drive revenue
• Set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts
• Designing & implementing a strategic sales plan
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our business purpose
• Promoting the company image & products
• Observe competitor information or trend to improve company services/attractive price
• Create/Design sale contract with flexible clause to maintain customer
• Work with marketing team to push sale activities (increase sale volume)
• Keep up to date with a digital marketing trend
• Other job assigned by CEO
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Sale or Marketing or other relevant field
• At least 3-5 years of Sale & Marketing experienced (real estate/hospitality, Condo…)
• Be able to work under pressure & meet deadline
• Leadership skills and good team player
• English Proficiency (negotiation and presentation skill)
• Be able to create Sale & Marketing Strategic Planning ahead (initial 3-6months)
• Reporting skills
• Computer literacy in Ms. Office, Internet & Email, Social Media networking & update with market
trend.
