A Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales strategies and overseeing the sales team to achieve revenue targets for condominium development projects in Cambodia. You are required a deep understanding of the real estate market, customer needs, and effective sales techniques. You will also play a pivotal role in client relationships, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring seamless sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy and Execution in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Identify target markets, analyze customer preferences, and design tailored sales approaches.
• Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales performance.
• Have team Leadership skills and development in recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to ensure high performance.
• Set clear sales targets and monitor team performance against objectives.
• Provide guidance and motivation to the team to enhance productivity and achieve goals.
• Client Relationship Management in building and maintaining strong relationships with potential buyers, agents, and key stakeholders.
• Handle client inquiries and provide professional consultation to address their needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials.
• Provide feedback on market trends and buyer preferences to refine marketing strategies.
• Prepare detailed sales reports, including performance metrics and revenue analysis.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and pricing strategies to adapt sales tactics.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and local regulations.
• Oversee the preparation and processing of contracts, agreements, and other documentation.
• Other tasks as assigned by Cambodian Chairman and Malaysian CEO.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in managerial role, preferably in condominium or high-rise property development.
• Proficiency in Khmer and English (both spoken and written), knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Results-driven with a strategic mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Analytical skills for sales forecasting and market analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of the condominium market in Cambodia.
• Familiarity with local real estate laws, regulations, and transaction processes.
-Working days: Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-Holiday: Sunday and based on calendar
-Benefit: Yearly KPI, AL, Sick leave, Maternity Leave etc.
