*Job Description
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and farmers.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities for agricultural products.
• Lead and train the sales team to improve performance and achieve targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
•At least 3 years of Sales Management experience in electrical industry materials.
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the agriculture industry.
• Strong understanding of agricultural products, markets, and customer needs.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve sales goals.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients and explore new markets.
Working Day/Hour
• Working Day : Monday – Saturday
• Working Hour : 8:00am – 5:00pm
