JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goal
• Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and industry trends
• Monitor sales metrics, track performance, and prepare sales reports for management
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to support sales initiatives
• Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and services
• Attend department meetings and operational discussions.

JOB REQUIREMENT
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing
• Proven experience as a sales Manager or similar role in a sales-driven environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop sales strategies and drive revenue growth
• experience in developing sales strategies and setting sales targets
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
