Key Responsibilities: - Proactively identify and engage potential merchants, coordinate meetings, and deliver compelling presentations on Red Ant Express’s services. - Use effective sales techniques to achieve targets and track progress regularly. - Negotiations with potential merchants to ensure all terms and conditions are clearly documented and agreed upon. - Providing thorough training to merchants on how to use the App. - Regularly communicate with key merchants to understand their needs and provide support. - Work closely with internal teams, such as Sales Support and Catalogue, to ensure smooth operations and the successful onboarding of merchants onto our platform. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities by gathering partners' feedback to understand their current needs and any anticipated changes in the market. Qualification and Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Marketing or a related field. - A minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales or similar role. - Good written and verbal communication skills in English. - Ability to use MS Words, Excel, and other platforms. - Strong negotiation skills. - Ability to collaborate and solve problems effectively. - Willing to work outside the office
