Job Summary:
The B2B Sales Supervisor will lead a team of sales representatives focused on driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts within the data center and cloud solutions market. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the sales team, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and developing strategies to optimize sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, preferably in the technology sector, with a proven track record of success in leading and motivating sales teams.
Responsibilities:
o Recruit, train, and mentor a team of B2B sales representatives.
o Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
o Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
o Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
o Manage daily team operations, including assigning leads, monitoring activity, and ensuring efficient workflow.
o Support to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the data center and cloud solutions market.
o Identify and target key prospects and market segments.
o Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute account plans.
o Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
o Ensure the team is proficient in our company's solutions, value proposition, and sales processes.
o Oversee the development and maintenance of strong relationships with key clients.
o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any customer issues or concerns.
o Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
o Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities in the data center and cloud solutions space.
o Provide feedback to management on market opportunities and customer needs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, supervisory or team leadership role with a focus on technology solutions, preferably in the data center or cloud computing industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Experience selling complex technical solutions to enterprise clients.
• Industry certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Sales, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) is a plus.
• Knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., solution selling, value selling).
