JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
• Supporting those in managerial positions.
• Take on a leadership role with Professional Sales Associates and assist with opening sales and closing sales
• Works closely with all staff members and merchandise coordinator to maintain all visual standards
• Collects and compiles data to identify opportunities for service improvement
• Maintain client standards set forth by the District Manager.
• Displays problem-solving abilities, taking action when necessary.
• Displays a customer focus by being an effective sales floor leader.
• Monitoring/managing quote request queues in Salesforce and generate quotes related to new orders, amendments, and renewals as directed by the sales team.
• Coaching, mentoring and developing staff in the field to ensure account executives and team as a whole achieve monthly goals.
JOB REQUIEMENTS:
• A bachelor’s degree in food & beverage, marketing, business administration, or related field
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Ability to work independently / as team members / under pressure and long hours
• Be confident and self-motivated
• Good interpersonal skills
