Responsibilities: -Implement effective sales plan to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets. -Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive outreach, networking, and leveraging market intelligence. -Conduct thorough needs analysis of prospective clients to understand their business objectives and technical requirements. -Manage and progress a pipeline of opportunities through the entire sales lifecycle, from initial contact to contract closure. -Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the cloud and data center space. -Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM system. -Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts. -Advise to clients, recommendations on how our solutions can address their business challenges and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction -Track and analyze sales performance against targets and identify areas for improvement. -Contribute to the development of sales budgets and revenue projections. -Work closely with marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation campaigns. -Collaborate with other sales team members to share best practices and support overall team goals.
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, sales, marketing, or a related field. • 2 years of experience in sales or technology solutions is aplus. • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
