NIRA International School is seeking a compassionate and qualified School Counsellor to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is crucial in supporting the emotional, social, and psychological well-being of our students, helping them thrive in both academic and personal aspects of their lives. Key Details: Position: School Counsellor (Part-Time) Location: NIRA International School Start Date: Immediate Working Hours: Part-Time (flexible schedule, to be discussed) Contract: Fixed-term or ongoing based on school needs Responsibilities: Provide individual and group counselling to students, addressing emotional, social, and academic challenges Offer guidance and support on personal development, conflict resolution, and mental health issues Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to create effective support plans for students Maintain confidentiality and uphold safeguarding practices Conduct workshops or sessions on topics such as stress management, study skills, and emotional well-being Keep records of sessions and ensure documentation is accurate and confidential Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Counselling, Psychology, or a related field Relevant experience working with children and adolescents in a school or similar setting Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help students succeed emotionally and academically Please send a CV to joi***@niraisc.eduClick To Sent Email.kh
