Senior Accounting Software Consultant A2000 Cambodia Co., Ltd. , a leading software company in Cambodia, Phnom Penh, is looking for an accounting expert to join our team as an Accounting Software Consultant. We are seeking someone who has extensive knowledge in bookkeeping or accounting, a minimum of a 1-year accounting degree, and is an expert with basic accounting principles. We also want someone who has exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to have more interaction with people. Responsibilities: • Provide software consultation to customers • Conduct software training sessions for customers • Assist in the implementation of software solutions for customers • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues for customers • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers • Collaborate with the software development team to identify and solve customer issues Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field • Expert knowledge of any accounting software (QuickBooks Pro Advisor Certification is preferred) • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles • Exceptional interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Willingness to travel occasionally • Prior consulting experience is preferred • Bonus points if you have experience in ERP implementation.
