Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within assigned key accounts. -Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at all levels within client organizations. -Conduct regular business reviews to assess account performance, identify opportunities, and address challenges. -Identify and qualify new business opportunities within existing and potential key accounts. -Lead complex sales cycles, including needs analysis, solution design, proposal development, and contract negotiation. -Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., solutions architects, engineering, marketing) to develop and deliver compelling value propositions. -Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends. -Act as a trusted advisor to clients on data center infrastructure, cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), and hybrid IT solutions. -Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data center technologies (e.g., colocation, power, cooling, networking) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). -Clearly articulate the technical and business benefits of the company’s solutions. -Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by providing proactive support and addressing client inquiries and issues promptly. -Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, resolving escalations and coordinating internal resources. -Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous innovation. -Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities in CRM systems. -Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and progress against targets. -Participate in sales meetings and presentations.
**Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in key account management or enterprise sales, preferably in the data center or cloud solutions industry. -Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a complex sales environment. -Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, cloud platforms, and IT solutions.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. -Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives.   -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills anbd ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Hubspot,Salesforce).   -Ability to travel as required.
