Oversee daily purchase activities locally and oversea to ensure products and services meet the company requirements for quality, and pricing with suppliers Maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing, monitor supplier performance, and product orders to respond to operations demand Work out on supplier assessment semi-annually or annually, and terms of agreements and pricing with suppliers Collaborate with all stores to meet current and future needs, manage stock levels, and ensure timely procurement Ensuring timely delivery of purchased products to all stores Ensuring proper storage of goods are in closely control Checking the quality of purchased products and resolving any discrepancies Utilize technical tools to analyze procurement data and increase responsiveness to store demands vs. sales target Keeping detailed records of purchases agreement, quotation, delivery note information, invoices, receipts Ensure purchase daily transactions are up-to-date in the system and in closely monitor in data Creating monthly reports on purchases including cost comparison Do monthly payment to all suppliers Perform auditing processes to ensure purchase and recordkeeping comply with food industry or governmental regulations, and brand guideline Supervise a team of procurement analysts, providing training and support as needed Other tasks assigned by manager
