JOB TITLE: Senior Sales Officer – Pest Management
LOCATION: Phnom Penh (Head office)
JOB TYPE: Full time
REPORTS TO: Sales Manager / Regional Sales Head
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Officer to join our growing team in the pest management industry. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with both residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in service-based sales and a deep understanding of pest control solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial segments
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess pest control needs and prepare customized proposals
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and effective sales techniques
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and service demonstrations
- Provide clients with technical knowledge and information on pest management solutions
- Collaborate with service operations and technical teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM software
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for growth
- Train and mentor junior sales staff as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in pest control, environmental services, or facility management
- Strong understanding of pest control services, products, and regulations
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with a strong customer-focused attitude
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client m
