Senior Sales Administrator

$600 - $700 startworking (Chinese Speaker is prefferable)
Job Descriptions: - Manage all administrative tasks related to real estate project development. - Support the Sales Admin Department with day-to-day operations. - Coordinate with interdepartmental teams and colleagues to maintain accurate sales records. - Follow up with buyers on the sales and collection process. - Review the accuracy of the Sale and Purchase Agreements and other sales-related documents. - Notify buyers on Condo Unit Handover Process including, unit handover Payment, defect form, schedule payment following SPA. - Send monthly billing payment to National and international buyers via Outlook and telegram - Follow up buyers on payment status related to Unit Condo Instalment, Strata Title, Master tittles via Outlook and Telegram - Draft letters and replies for incoming correspondence from buyers. - Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc summary reports. - Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the immediate superior as needed. - Ensure records are consistently updated and maintain a proper filing system.
Requirements and skills • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. • Candidate should possess strong organizational, time-management, and administration skills in a multi-tasking environment. • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Must be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and minimum supervision; effective and efficient interpersonal skills coupled with good communication skills. • Exceptional organizational skills in categories, file, share, store, and update documents. • Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for details • Good communication and writing in English, with a basic understanding of Mandarin preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
